What’s Your Morning Routine?

There’s no doubt about it. Waking up early (when done with purpose) always leaves you feeling empowered for the day. The challenge is how do you wake up with the motivation that you need to power into the morning. Do you have a morning routine?

 

Here’s my top tips to blow away that old limiting belief, if you think that your not a morning person.

 

1: Set your intentions the night before – You usually wake up with your last thought form the previous night. So make sure that it’s a positive one, and wake up in the right frame of mind.

2: Move your alarm clock out of reach. Get things moving as soon as it goes off.

3: Make a to-do list the night before, that way you know exactly what you’re going to do as soon as you get up.

4: Drink some water – hydrate your mind and body (essential to performing at optimal levels).

 

 

Many of the most successful people in history have functioned perfectly well on 4-6 hours sleep.

 

As Tony Robbins says – the quickest way to success is to model success.

Every morning I’m waking up at …..AM, because in doing so i’m significantly more likely to achieve the goals that I set for myself.
I am committed to creating the discipline that is required to succeed in all areas of my life. I know that how I start each day determines how I create my life. I am no longer willing to accept anything less than the best of myself.
